Oxyco is a Canadian company focussed on the production of critical minerals and high value metals and rare earth elements. One of the largest deposits outside of china. I am joined by Frederick Kozak who is the CEO.

Auxico Resources is the sales agent for monazite – the carrier mineral for rare earth elements, particularly critical rare earth elements that have the highest value – out of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The company experiences a massive market demand, resulting from the world's electric future which will require battery technology.

In Colombia, Auxico Resources' project had its NI 43-101 technical report prepared in 2021, and an active sampling programme is underway. In Brazil, the company is about to start a sampling programme, and it has a five-year offtake bankable agreement for tin in place.

While Auxico Resources is mindful of any impact of inflation, the company stresses its capital-light system and considers the economics of its projects in Colombia and Brazil to remain very attractive.

While Auxico Resources currently acts as a sales agent and facilitator of improving economies in both Colombia and Africa, the company sees its long-term potential as a near-full value chain. It currently has no ambition to be bought out.

Over the next 12 months, Auxico Resources is looking to get a 43-101 report for Colombia that will establish its resources in the ground. The company aims to implement both an extraction project and a tin sales agent project in the country. In Brazil, Auxico Resources will focus its efforts on the start of a 43-101 report as well as funding options.
